Jeremy Costlow

President of Athos Group Security

Jeremy joined Athos in 2013 to lead its Client Services team after a series of successful roles in various corporations. Just prior to joining Athos, Jeremy served as Vice President of Texas Bank where he provided leadership in several company roles, including Director of Marketing, Loan Officer and Security Manager. Jeremy worked closely with customers to meet their individual needs, from supporting modest local consumers and regional agricultural enterprises, to arranging financing for multi-million-dollar commercial shopping centers.

Prior to his work with Texas Bank, Jeremy was General Manager of a regional multi-branch company with over $30 million in annual sales. He provided leadership and coaching through nearly a decade of mentoring teams with members ranging from beginning sales agents to experienced veterans. His strong people skills and tireless focus on building effective teams, yielded positive results and lead to his appointment as the President of Athos Group Security in 2018.

A former college and semi-professional football player, Jeremy brings the same focus and energy that brought him success as an athlete, to ensure the needs of Athos’ customers are met. He is recognized throughout the corporate security industry as an outstanding advocate for his clients. His success in this area has been a key component of Athos’ tremendous growth.

Jeremy is valued community leader whose passions include hanging with his family & friends, hunting, golf and football. He and his wife have four children.
